Ingredients:  
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small yellow onion, diced
2 T olive oil
2 ripe tomatoes, diced - (Romas work great)
1/2 lb pepperoni sliced thin
1/4 c whipping cream or half & half
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 p rigatoni cooked al dente
Parmesan cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Heat frying pan and saute the garlic and onion in olive oil, just until clear. Add the tomatoes and pepperoni. Saute until the tomatoes cook down a bit, about 3 minutes. Add the cream, salt, and pepper. Toss with pasta and top with cheese.
