2 Celery sticks chopped, 1 Large onion, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (14oz) bag seasoned stuffing croutons, 2 Tbsps minced fresh parsley (2 tsp dried), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper, 2 beaten eggs, 2 (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth, 4 C cubed cooked chicken or 2 large cans chicken

In a small skillet saute celery and onion in butter until tender. In a bowl combine croutons, parsley, salt, pepper and the sauted onion and celery. Combine the eggs and broth and pour over bread mix. Toss to combine. Add chicken and toss gently. Place in a greased 9 x 13 pan cover and bake at 350. 40-50 mins
