1 lg can Corn
1 lg can Tomatoes
1 C ripe Black olives
1 lg Clove of garlic
1/2 C Olive oil
1 Green pepper
1 lg Onion
1 can of Chili con carne
1 lb Ground beef
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 C Corn meal
1 beaten Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer corn, tomatoes, olives, garlic clove, and olive oil together for 15 minutes. Fry onions until brown, then add green pepper, chili con carne, ground beef and chili powder. In a large bowl, make mush with milk, then cornmeal and egg; add a little salt. When the meat mixture is brown, mix all contents together. Put into two baking dishes and bake for 45 minutes in a moderate oven. Stir frequently. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve and enjoy. You may serve one of these and freeze the other as this makes a large recipe. Or can be placed in individual dishes for smaller servings.
