"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Combine butter, Parmesan, mayo, parsley and garlic salt in a shallow dish; set aside.

Cut bread dough in half; then each half into 12 equal size pieces. Form each piece into a 5 or 6 inch breadstick shape. Roll each breadstick in butter mixture and place on greased baking sheet. Cover with plastic wrap (sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking) and place in warm place to rise, about 30-45 minutes.

Remove plastic wrap and bake at 375º until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Makes 24 breadsticks
