Ingredients:  
16 oz. Spaghetti, broken in half
5 Boneless chicken breasts
1 Egg white, beaten until foamy
1/4 tsp. Water
2 tsp. Cornstarch
2 tsp Minced garlic
Dash of ginger
Sesame seed oil
Dash of crushed red pepper flakes
4 T. Soy sauce
1/3 c. Peanuts
1/2 c. Water
4 tsp. sesame seed oil

Directions:

Cook spaghetti. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces Combine egg white, 1/4 tsp. water, & cornstarch. Mix with chicken.
Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic & ginger. Stir. Add chicken and cook until meat is white. Sprinkle lightly with red pepper flakes.
Add soy sauce, peanuts, & 1/2 cup of water. Stir. Add cooked spaghetti
Sprinkle with sesame seed oil, toss & serve.
