1 pound lean Ground beef
1 large Onion, chopped
2 cups Thick N Chunky Salsa
15 oz can Black beans, drained & rinsed1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tbsp Taco Seasoning Mix
6 - 8" flour tortillas
1 cup Sour cream
8 oz Mexican shredded four cheese

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Brown meat with onions in a large skillet, drain. Stir in salsa, beans, dressing and taco seasoning.
Place 3 tortillas in a single layer on bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover with layer of 1/2 each meat mixture, sour cream and cheese. Add next layer of tortillas and repeat layer. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes or until casserole is heated through and cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. May serve with additional sour cream and/or shredded lettuce for topping.
