Sift together:
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
7 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda

4 lbs raisins
1 box currants
1 jar fruit cake mix
1 lb pork "back" fat - ground

Directions:
Directions:
Cover 4 lbs raisins with water and bring to a boil. Let cool and drain off water, saving 1 pint of liquid.
Mix in jar of fruit cake mix, box of currants and pork back fat.
Add flour alternately with pint of water from raisins.

Bake in 290º oven for about 2 hours
