2 tbsp butter or margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
½ c onion, chopped
1 can (10¾ oz) cream of celery soup
¼ c apple juice or milk
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 c hot cooked medium egg noodles
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in a 10” skillet over medium/high heat, in 1 TBSP butter. Cook for 10 minutes or until browned on both sides. Remove, set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, in remaining butter cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, apple juice, chopped parsley & mustard. Heat to boiling. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles.
