1 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
3 smashed bananas
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Chopped nuts (peanuts are my fave) on top

prehat to 325 F
8x5 loaf pan. grease the bottom if you want to remove it
bake for an hour.
