1 pkg. cream cheese
2T. lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and any rough leaves pulled off
2 handfuls of baby spinach
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with hand mixer or food processor; mix until desired consistency. The spinach and artichokes will get cut up as you blend them. Chill. Serve with French bread or toasted bagel chips or crackers.
