3 lightly beaten eggs
1 c sugar
2 T flour
1 cup dark or light corn syrup
2 T melted butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 9" unbaked pie shell
1 3/4 c walnut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º
Combine eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Blend well with mixer. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Arrange walnuts on top. Bake in lower 3rd area of oven at 400º for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350º and bake additional 40 minutes or until center appears to be set. Cool before serving.
