8 slices white bread, crustless and cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
12 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare one day in advance. Place 1/2 bread cubes in 9x13 in. glass baking dish. Add cream cheese cubes to dish, then add remaining bread cubes. Pour in eggs, maple syrup and milk. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 375ºF for 45 minutes or until done.
*Substitutions: use low fat milk, fat reduced cream cheese and light syrup.
Great dish for brunch.
