2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (10 oz,) box frozen corn
3/4 stick butter or margarine
1 jar sliced jalapeños
1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 2 to 3 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place cream cheese in dish; melt in microwave. Add margarine; melt and then mix well. Add jalapeños juice, then cumin and corn. Mix well. Bake at 350º for approximately 40 minutes. Add jalapeño slices to top about 15 minutes before finishing baking. Serve hot with tortilla chips and/or fritos.
