1 pkg. (16 oz.) oreo chocolate sandwich cookies
2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
8 - 10 7oz. paper or plastic cups

Crush cookies in a food processor in in a zipper-style bag with rolling pin. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mic. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 of whipped topping and 1/2 of crushed cookies. Place about 1 T. of crushed cookies in each cup. Fill cups about 3/4 full with pudding mixture. Top with remaining crushed cookies. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Garnish with gummy worms.
