2 cups Sugar
3 Eggs (beaten)
1 cup Oil
3 cups Flour
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Baking powder
3 tsp Vanilla
2 cups grated Zuchini
1/2 cup chopped Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325 degrees. Beat together sugar, eggs and oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Grease 2 loaf pans. Pour batter evenly into the pans. Bake one hour.
