1 Duncan Hines White cake mix
1 can crushed Pineapple (drained)
1 pkg Instant french vanilla pudding (prepared)
8 oz. Cream cheese - softened
12 oz Whipped topping
Coconut (optional)
chopped Nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour into a 10 x 15 baking pan. Bake till done, checking to not over bake. Let cool and add thin layer of crushed pineapple to top of cake. Add softened cream cheese to prepared pudding and put on top of pineapple. Then spread cool whip on top of cream cheese pudding layer. Sprinkle with coconut and/or nuts as desired. Keep refrigerated till serving.
