1/2 c. butter(softened)
1/3 c. masa harina (mexican corn flour)
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. frozen whole kernal corn(thawed)
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/3 c. white sugar
2 T. heavy whipping cream
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
In meduim bowl beat butter until creamy. Add masa and water.
Beat until well mixed. Using a food processor-process thawed corn,
but leave it chunky. Stir into the butter mixture. In a separate bowl
mix cornmeal,sugar,cream,salt and baking powder. Add to corn flour
(masa) mixture. Stir to combine. Pour batter into an ungreased 8x8
pan. Smooth batter and cover with foil. Place pan in 9x13 baking
dish filled 1/3 way with water. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60
minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Use ice-cream scoop to serve.
