2 cans clams, minced
Liquid from 1 can clams
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, reserve all fat
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stalk celery, finely chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together; place in a shallow pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes; keep warm while serving. Serve with Ritz crackers or others.
