Ingredients:  
6 cups potatoes -- peeled & diced
2 onions
1 tsp salt
1 carrot - chopped
1 stalk celery - chopped
1/4 c. chicken bouillion
1 tbsp parsley flakes
5 c. water
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put in kettle and cool until tender
Add 1 - 13 oz can evaporated milk... Bring to boil and add knoefla..

Knoefla -
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup water

Mix and put very small spoonfuls in soup and boil 10 more minutes.
