1/2 lb. sourdough bread
1/2 cup pine nuts (lightly roasted)
3/4 lb. Italian Sausage
2 large onions
1 T Fresh Rosemary
1 T Fresh Sage
1 1/2 C wild rice
6 C beef Broth
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Onions, Sausage,Rosemary and Sage for 50 minutes at 450 (drain Fat)

Cook Rice in 4 C of Beef Broth and simmer for 45 minutes.

Put Bread cubes and 2 Cups beef broth in a pan to absorb ( 10 min.)

Combine all ingredients and cook at 350 for 40 minutes.
