Butter – 1 lb = 60 servings
Coffee – 1 lb = 50 servings
Ice Cream – 1 gal = 32 servings
Meat – roast, steak – ¼ lb per
Poultry – 1/3 lb per person
Pickles – 3 quarts serves 100
Cabbage for salad – 4 lb serves 50
Tossed Salad – 6 heads lettuce, 3 green peppers, 2 cucumbers, 2 onions, 4 tomatoes and radishes for color. 1 qt salad dressing serves 30
