1 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Mixed pickling spices
6 Medium Bayleaf broken
1 Cup Garlic – chopped
1 Large Onion Sliced
1 Ring Bologna

Directions:
Directions:
Bring brine ingredients to a boil. Boil 15 minutes.
Prepare bologna for brine by cutting the ring into 1” to 2” slices and placing in a glass container. After brine has been boiled, pour directly over bologna slices and seal the container.
