Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pound salami or summer sausage
Equal parts brown sugar and Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Make 1/8” slices almost all the way through down the length of the sausage. Place in a shallow pan and bake for two hours at 275.

While sausage is baking, mix equal parts Dijon mustard and brown sugar and set aside.

After two hours, drain juices from pan and spread mustard mixture in between each slice and over the top. Return sausage to the oven to bake for an additional hour. Serve with party rye.

If you can not find a two pound sausage, something close will work. If sausage is smaller in diameter such as a pepperoni, you may need to decrease the bake time.
