Struesel
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp melted oleo
½ cup chopped nuts


Cake
1 ½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup shortening
1 egg
½ cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients, cut in shortening, blend in well beaten egg mixed with milk.

Spread half in greased pan.

Sprinkle on half Streusel mixture. Add other half of batter, sprinkle remaining topping.


Bake 375 degrees 25-30 min
