1 stick soft oleo
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar

12 oz Cool Whip
2 small packages vanilla pudding
3 ½ cups milk

1 large bag Oreos
Directions:
Directions:
In one bowl combine first 3 ingredients. In next bowl combine next 3 ingredients. Combine two bowls, thicken 5 minutes.

Finely chop large bag Oreos

Layer cookie and Cool Whip mixture into 13x9 pan until you run out of cookies, beginning and ending with cookies.
