1 C milk
1/2 C shortening
1/3 C sugar
1 pkg yeast
3 eggs (beaten)
4 C flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, add shortening and sugar and cool to lukewarm. Add yeast and let stand 5 minutes. Measure flour and salt. Add beaten eggs to milk mixture and then add flour. Stir and let set covered in refrigerator overnight. Boll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut in triangles. Roll and drop into melted oleo. Let rise 2 hours. Bake at 350º for 12 - 15 minutes.
