Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
½ c diced green pepper
½ c diced celery
¼ c diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ large pkg Velveeta
Salt and pepper to taste
5 c dry noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add vegetables and cook on low until tender. Cook noodles in salted water, drain and add beef mixture along with cheese and soup. Cook slowly about 30 minutes. Add water to keep from sticking.
