12 slices Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 C. Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/3 C. chopped Onion
2 C. Milk
1 C. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 t. Salt
1/8 t. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 10 inch quiche dish or pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion into dish/plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 35 - 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

High Altitude: (3500-6500 feet) No adjustments necessary.
