Ingredients:  
5 quarts of potatoes(about 16 lbs.unpeeled)
salt
3/4 cup cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 Tbsp. salt
1 cup flour(for 3 cup potatoes)

Directions:
Directions:
cook potatoes in salted water untill softened
drain,mash and add cream. sugar,butter,salt
mix well and cool.
take 3 cups of cool potatoes,add 1 cup flour and form into small balls( size of a large egg)
roll thin and fry on a ungreased lefse grill

I got this recipe from my sister-in--law.
Judy and I made this, takes a little time, but well worth it.Need 2 people to do this, one to roll and other to fry.when done spread with butter, and sugar roll up and enjoy.
