3 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 dozen cookies (chocolate chip, peanut butter, snickerdoodles, etc.)
Garnish (sprinkles, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or mini M & M's)

Directions:
Spread Cool Whip 3/4 inch thick onto cookie. Place another cookie gently on top. Lightly press edges in your choice of garnish. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm. May wrap individually and store in freezer up to 2 weeks.
