1 pkg. flaked coconut
2/3 cup sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
2 tsp. grated lemon or orange zest
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Lightly greased and floured cookie sheet. Mix ingredients, except coconut. Fold in coconut. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
