1 package (6 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. jack cheese, grated
1 package (12-16 oz) frozen peas & carrots
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing mix in microwave as directed. Set aside. Place cubed chicken in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole. Mix together the soups and pour over the chicken. Cover soup mixture with grated cheeses and then with frozen vegetables. Top with prepared stuffing mix. Bake at 350º degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
