1 cup cooked rice
2 cans small shrimp
3 green onions
1/4 of a green pepper, finely chopped
1/3 head cauliflower, chopped

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sweet pickles, finely chopped
2 tsp. milk
dash of seasoned salt

Directions:

Combine ingredients and pour dressing over top. Best if allowed to set in refrigerator overnight.
