1 Whole Wheat Bagel, hard toasted
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp. reduced fat yogurt (plain)
3 tbsp. prepared Yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Onion powder
1 tbsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Separate hardened yolks from whites.
Mix plain yogurt, mustard, powders, salt & pepper with the egg yolks until it makes a smooth paste.
Use a fork to smoosh down the whites into tiny bits.
Mix in the yolks w/the whites.
Sprinkle in a little Frank's Red Hot sauce if you like.
Spread half the mix on one half of the bagel.
