Filling:
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 stick oleo, softened
2 large eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 baked 9" pie crusts
Topping:
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Filling: Cream together 2 cups powdered sugar and oleo with a mixer. Add eggs, salt, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread mixture in crusts and chill at least 1 hour.
Topping: Whip cream till stiff. Blend in 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Spread mixture on top of cream cheese mixture and chill thoroughly.
Yields 2 9" pies.
