OPEN FACED CHEESY EGG SANDWICHES

6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
3 T. mayonnaise
2 T. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. mustard
¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

softened butter
6 English Muffins

Directions:
Directions:


Combine all ingredients.
Butter English Muffins and toast.
Spread mixture on top of muffins.
Broil until cheese melts.
