2 extra large egg whites
1 one pound box light brown sugar
3 cups ground walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients. If the mixture can hold more nuts without becoming crumbly add them. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets.

Bake at 300º for 25 minutes
