1 c. Quinoa
2 C. Water
1 small apple chopped
1/2 cup frozen berries
1/4 C. sunflower seeds
1/2 T. Agave Nectar or honey

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put the quinoa and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer.
2 .Add the apples and simmer until the water is almost absorbed.
3. Add the frozen berries and continue to simmer until all water is absorbed.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add sunflower seeds and sweeten with agave nectar or honey.
