1 ripe avocado
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (light is fine)
1/4 large onion
1 1/2 plum tomatoes
3/4 c. mayonnaise (we use Fat Free Miracle Whip)
3/4 c. sour cream (light or fat free)
1 tsp. minced garlic
cayenne pepper to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pit and mash avocado. Add cheddar cheese followed by lemon juice. Dice tomato and onion finely and add to mixture. Then add mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Mix well and serve with tortilla chips. Refrigerate leftovers.
