Crust:
2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c. butter softened
2 c. pecan pieces

Caramel Layer:
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 T. corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour and brown sugar in bowl. Add butter and mix until combined. Pat into ungreased 7 X 11 inch pan. Sprinkle with pecan pieces. Set aside.

Place butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in sauce pan, over medium heat. Bring to boil, boil for one minute. Remove from heat and gently pour over pecan pieces on crust. Bake for 16 minutes.

Remove and cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle with 2 cups of chocolate chips. Let sit 8 minutes.
