6 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly whisked
1/4 c. oil
1 c. warm water
1 c. warm milk

Directions:
Warm up water and milk separately in microwave. Into electric mixer with dough hook, mix water, milk, and salt. Add eggs and oil then 1 c. at a time, add flour. Mix until dough comes clean off the bowl. Knead into ball. Cut into 4 equal pieces. Put into pan and cover with plastic for 15 mins. or so then roll out. Fill with desired filling; dried curd cottage cheese with raisins, cinnamon, and sugar; or cottage cheese and salt and pepper; or sauerkraut; or cold mashed potatoes.
