9 c. rhubarb
6 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jel
1 lb. dry apricots, cooked soft
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Clean rhubarb. Add sugar. Let stand until juices run. Add Sure Jel. Cook to rolling boil. Skim foam from top. Cook until rhubarb is soft. Add apricots and drained pineapple.
