2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 dozen Little Neck Clams (cleaned really well)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 lb. linguine, cooked just past al dente'
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan, with a lid, add the oil.
Heat the oil over medium heat (do not cover)
When the oil is hot, add the clams.
Season with salt & pepper.
Cover and saute for 6 to 8 minutes.
Add onion, garlic, and wine.
Continue to saute for 2 minutes or until shells completely open (throw out the ones that don't open).
Add in the drained pasta.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Continue to saute for 2 more minutes.
Add the parsley and mix well.
Drizzle with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
