1 lb. Beef Tenderloin
2 tbsp. Flour
1 8oz. carton of Sour Cream
2 tsp. beef bullion granules
2 tbsp. butter
2 C. mushrooms
1 C. chopped onion
2 Cloves minced garlic
1/2 C. very dry sherry
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Cilantro

Mix flour, salt & pepper
Cut steak into strips
Coat steak strips in flour mixture
Combine remaining flour mixture with sour cream
Mix bullion with 1/2 c. water and sour cream mixture
In large heavy skillet, cook half of the meat in butter until done. Remove.
Add remaining meat, mushrooms, garlic and onions.
Cook and stir until the meat is done.
Return all meat to skillet; add soup, sherry, salt & pepper to taste and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add sour cream mixture and cilantro and serve over noodles.
