1 c. water, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 4 eggs, 1 c. milk, 3/4 c. sour cream, 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, chocolate frosting (softened)

Heat oven to 400º. In a 1 qt. saucepan heat water and butter and bring to a boil. Stir in flour and stir vigorously till mixture forms a ball (about 1 min.). Remove from heat. Add eggs; beat until smooth. Drop dough by teaspoon full onto greased baking sheet. Bake till puffed and golden, 25-30 min. (check your stove, may be only 20-25 min). Cool puffs. Cut off top or use bag to fill puffs. Beat milk, sour cream, pudding, and extract in small bowl on low speed till blended about 1 min. Fill cream puffs with mixture. Replace top of cream puff and spoon on chocolate icing. Refrigerate till serving time.
