1 white or yellow cake mix
1 vanilla instant pudding
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat at medium speed 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into greased floured 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan. Allow to cool before frosting.
Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting: Cream 1/3 c. butter and 8 oz. cream cheese. Add 4 tsp. milk and blend with 16 oz. powdered sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread frosting on top and sides of cake. Sprinkle coconut over frosting.
