2 10. oz pkgs. chopped spinach
2 cups Peppridge Farm stuffing
4 eggs
1 tsp. thyme
3/4 cup onion
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup melted butter
garlic to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook frozen spinach and drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Chill for 2 hours. Then form into 1 inch balls. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
