3 C. Half & Half cream
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. 32 oz) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
Minced Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350º
In large saucepan, combine cream, butter and salt.
Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted.
Place potatoes in greased 13 X 9 X 2 baking dish.
Pour cream mix over potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered for about 45 to 55 minutes.
