1 package white cake mix
1 c. boiling water
1 package (4 serving size) red Jello
8oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake batter and bake for 24 cupcakes as directed on package. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Pierce cupcakes with large fork or straw to make large holes at 1/4-inch intervals. Stir boiling water into dry jello mix until completely dissolved; spoon evenly over cupcakes with large spoon. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Tint cool whip with food coloring and decorate with colored sugar or sprinkles if desired.
Store in refrigerator
