4 to 6 pork chops
1 lg can french fried onion
2 packs Ritz crackers
1 to 2 eggs beaten
salt and pepper (season like you like)

Directions:
Directions:
in a ziplock bag put french fried onions ritz crackers
crush to make breading
season pork chops dredge in egg wash.then coat with breading. spray cookie sheet with non stick spray, place coated pork chops then spray non stick spray on porkchops to help brown
bake in a 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes
cut a pork chop or use meat thermometers to see if done
